Project-Based Services
For project-based services, refunds are generally not available after work has begun. If a project has not started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Ongoing Support Services
Ongoing support or monthly service arrangements may be canceled according to the written agreement between the client and the business. Fees already paid for completed or active service periods are generally non-refundable.
Custom Work
Custom consulting, marketplace setup, product listing work, reporting, account organization, and digital operations support are non-refundable once delivered or partially completed.
Approved Refunds
